What this is

Map the AI arranges 150 articles into 17 layers, ordered by what genuinely depends on what. You learn embeddings before attention, attention before transformers, and so on through to running models in production.

Why it exists

Most AI material is a pile, not a path — each article quietly assumes the thing that would have explained it. People read about attention before embeddings, get lost, and conclude the material is too hard. The concepts have a real order, and this site is that order.

How it is organized

Who makes it

Map the AI is operated by NeatSeed LLC. It is a self-published, early-stage project: the map, its ordering, and its explainers are the work itself, not a marketing front for a course or a product.

• No fabricated authors, dates, or credentials — the articles carry what they can stand behind.
• The field moves fast, and any article here can be wrong or outdated. We correct errors when we learn of them.
