Prompting
Make your request clear
Describe the task, useful context and output format without promising correctness.
A useful prompt states what to do, supplies relevant information, and explains the desired output. Constraints can ask the model to identify missing evidence. They guide behavior but do not guarantee compliance or truth; inspect the result.
Build a prompt
Choose requirements and watch the prompt change. This exercise does not generate a model response.
Still check the answer: when the notes have no date, the output should not present a guess as fact.
